| Thanks for the advice guys. I changed my oil this morning, added a bottle of octane booster, filled up to half a tank of gas, drove for 50 miles, and did the balance tube hose trick just before entering emissions. Here are the following results (dont have a scanner so I had to type it): %CO2

@ 15 mph MAX 0.71 AVE 0.10 MEAS 0.02
@ 20 mph MAX 0.58 AVE 0.09 MEAS 0.01 NO (PPM)
@ 15 mph MAX 767 AVE 237 MEAS 624
@ 25 mph MAX 706 AVE 199 MEAS 294 RPMS at 15 mph were 1611
RPMS at 25 mph were 2535 Looks like I passed on a narrow margin on the 15 mph NO (PPM) test. What exactly is that by the way? Again a big thanks to everyone who helped out and a big thanks to the founders and all the members of TT.NET!!!!
